Rimworld mod downloading stuck

This release improves compatibility with some other mods and includes a few bug fixes. As always with new releases: I recommend that if you are re-saving presets after making changes with this release, that you save them as new files with a different name instead of overwriting the existing presets.

A lightweight shared mod library for Rimworld. Provides a foundation for mods and delivers shared functionality. Notice: HugsLib must be installed as a separate mod by the players. anyone else having this? it seems if a use a mod via steam workshop, it wil either work or just be stuck on downloading. also if ive been using the mod ill jump back on and try to load my world but ill have missing mod info before i load and look and all the mods will say "downloading" and i waited for 10 mins and nothing (i went Has anybody else had this issue where mods are stuck on "downloading" state on the mod list? I download Giddy-Up Caravan and after one of my pawns came back to base, they were stuck being mounted on my muffalo. On top of that, they're completely invisible. They can only go where the muffalo goes which makes them utterly useless. If I slaughter the muffalo, they're just stuck in one place.
